Our growing company is looking for an experienced and ambitious Head of Office to oversee all functions of our new location from the hiring of employees to managing customer relations and implementing business strategies. Applicants should have a good combination of analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to adapt to a constantly evolving industry landscape. We’re specifically looking for natural leaders who know what it takes to guide a team to success in a new business region.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
5+ years experience with the above, including successful direct and indirect people management;
Bachelor’s degree preferred;
Clear communicator and orchestrator of technical and human resources;
Significant project and portfolio management skills;
Technical depth adequate to insure execution of technical tasks and hold people accountable in networking;
Demonstrated success in agile leading and scaling teams in rapidly growing environments;
Demonstrated ability to create order from chaos with minimal oversight.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifying, evaluating and managing strategic risks and opportunities;
Ensuring compliance with company and industry policies and procedures;
Increasing the overall productivity of the office by implementing relevant employee training, budgeting effectively, eliminating inefficiencies and capturing growth opportunities;
Maintaining fruitful relationships with current customers and establishing good relationships with new ones;
Developing and overseeing sales and marketing strategies;
Managing daily operations, especially customer service and finance activities, and making improvements as need.
