Senior Business Analyst

Our company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst. In this position, you will provide strategic business analysis services to business partners. The focus is in close cooperation with the business units in order to gain an in-depth understanding of customer’s business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates. This role will be the key to understanding and documenting the capabilities needed to address business challenges.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• 7 years of relevant business experience;
• Bachelor’s degree preferred;
• Strong business analysis skills (planning, feasibility assessments, requirements development, testing, problem-solving, working across business and IT);
• Excellent attention to detail and results oriented with a track record demonstrating strong problem solving and analytical skills;
• Ability to quickly learn complex business processes and understand the underlying transactional systems;
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills; ability to communicate across all levels;
• Experience in data and process automation; Salesforce administration and design a plus.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Get, analyze, decompose, and fix project requirements;
• Maintain project documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.);
• Synchronize the visions of the project by all participants (both internal and external);
• Analyze the competitors;
• Analyze the project market;
• Work on improvements to current projects and preseale;
• Generate ideas that will increase the business value of the product;
• Communicate with the client and the team;
• Work with client expectations;
• Encourage upsales on current projects;
• Validate and process a presale and participate in closing the deal.
