Senior Business Analyst

• 6+ years of experience in commercial IT;
• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis;
• Experience in participation among presale processes;
• Experience in the creation of software requirements from scratch;
• Able to create simple UX/UI prototypes (not required according to our processes but should be as a skill);
• Free spoken English language;
• Presales processing expirience;
• Understanding and ability to write user stories according to SMART and MoSCoW techniques will be a plus.

Knowledge of languages:

• English Advanced.

• Get, analyze, decompose, and fix project requirements;
• Maintain project documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.);
• Synchronize the visions of the project by all participants (both internal and external);
• Analyze the competitors;
• Analyze the project market;
• Work on improvements to current projects and preseale;
• Generate ideas that will increase the business value of the product;
• Communicate with the client and the team;
• Work with client expectations;
• Encourage upsales on current projects;
• Validate and process a presale and participate in closing the deal.
