To keep up with to our continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic, well organized Talent Sourcer to join our growing people team in our Kiev office. As a Sourcer, you will partner and collaborate with Recruiters/Hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, implement creative and proactive sourcing strategies for critical job openings. You will use your recruitment marketing and social media skills to establish relationships with passive talent to develop pipelines and talent communities.


  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field;
  • Prior experience as a Talent Sourcer;
  • Experience with HRMS and MS Office, especially MS Excel;
  • Sound knowledge of all sourcing methods (e.g. Boolean searches, recruiting via social platforms etc.);
  • Experience with resume databases and ATS;
  • Experience with Candidate Management Systems;
  • Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills;
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills;
  • Ability to effectively present our organization and the job openings to the potential candidates.


  • Working closely with our team and hiring managers with full understanding of the job requirements; making recommendations as needed;
  • Hiring managers to optimize the performance of the team;
  • Identifying, exploring and executing effective tactics for sourcing and screening candidates;
  • Finding, engaging and activating passive candidates through various platforms;
  • Developing metrics driven strategies to ensure talent pipelines are sufficient for our current needs, as well as our future business growth;
  • Implementing, testing and refining innovative approaches to sourcing – including the application of various data analytics/competitive intelligence, sourcing/recruitment channels, recruitment marketing resources and tools;
  • Identifying and validating top talents from target spaces (competitors, associations, industry, etc.); evaluating data to select sources that provide quality hires.
