We are seeking a Software Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you can expect to integrate information technology into the fabric of businesses across the breadth and depth of their value chains. As a Manager, you will architect and deliver enterprise solutions, manage small client teams and client relationships, and develop and mentor junior team members. You will partner with world class engineers and leaders to implement product strategies, develop program schedules and milestones, define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity.


  • Minimum one year management experience in the IT field, including development work and interactions with customers;
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience;
  • Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Works across multiple groups including facilities, vendors, consultants, and operation;
  • Can host effective meetings with professional discipline and rigor using industry tools for performance metric reporting;
  • Possesses strong communication and presentation skills at the senior level as well as the ability to work closely and constructively with all areas of the business;
  • Demonstrates confidence and composure when facing uncertainty, rapid change, and aggressive deadlines common to rapidly growing companies with evolving business models.


  • Working with cross-functional business stakeholders to define project scope and timelines;
  • Partnering with Product Managers to coordinate project functionality with existing solution roadmaps;
  • Communicating project roadmap, priorities and key status updates to project stakeholders and business teams;
  • Facilitating and managing key project activities throughout the entire project lifecycle with business stakeholders and the IT Project Team;
  • Working with cross-functional team members in the definition, development, testing, and implementation of functional requirements;
  • Working with IT and business stakeholders to ensure system designs meet business requirements. Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
