Mykhaylo is a highly experienced and skilled professional with expertise in business analysis, project management (PMP certified), testing, teaching, coaching, and consulting. He has a strong belief that the longevity of business relationships depends on the quality of the experience that the customers receive when interacting with the service provider.


He oversees the company’s customer relationships in the UK. His role involves ensuring long-term business cooperation based on mutual trust, high-quality services, and predictable delivery. Mykhaylo serves as a bridge between clients and delivery teams and works proactively to identify new opportunities for clients.


Mykhaylo is also responsible for promoting innovative services. He has extensive experience in sales, B2B customer relationships, project management, business analysis, testing, teaching, and consulting. In addition, he shares his experience as a speaker and consultant. He completed an Executive MBA at Ashridge Business School in the UK to further develop his skills. They include business-to-business relationships, key account management, sales, customer engagement, project management, PMP, project portfolio management, PMO, business analysis, psychology, organizational change, teaching, coaching, and consulting.
