We are looking for an active Business Development Manager to join our team in London. Our Business Development Manager works with prospective clients to explore the strengths and weaknesses of their current service program and cooperates with a team of operators to develop and implement an effective sales strategy for either an individual or a bundled solution. The Business Development Manager owns the strategic selling process and communicates value to resolve the client’s issues. He is responsible for the orchestration of the sales processes, including the implementation and transition process for new business.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
BA or BS degree;
Three years proven track record in business sales or related market;
Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting;
Strong proficiency in MS Office, CRM and statistical analysis software;
Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal;
Technology skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements;
Ability to communicate information, whether technology or non-technology to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Successfully selling IT solutions and Services of the company;
Develop a BD plan and strategy and lead cross-functional execution against defined business milestones and metrics;
Tracking, analyzing, and communicating key metrics to stakeholders;
Develop deep knowledge and expertise around Computool’s solutions and go to market strategies;
Overseeing preparation of business value propositions, sales plans;
Maintaining the existing customer base;
Identifying new customers through creative channels;
Visiting customers on a regular basis to introduce the company, enhance the relationship or negotiate for the projects.
