We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will implement business development initiatives, grow and improve client relationship management, and generate successful sales growth. He needs to understand our competitive advantages and formulate solution proposals which address the prospect’s business needs. Some of the position responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, qualifying prospects and driving new business through the sales process including providing presentations and negotiating/closing deals.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

  • BA or BS degree;
  • Three years proven track record in business sales or related market;
  • Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting;
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, CRM and statistical analysis software;
  • Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements;
  • Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Exploring potential business deals through inbound requests for service and contacting potential clients to discuss opportunities;
  • Qualifying potential business by reviewing client marketing strategies and goals, budgets, and time frames;
  • Recommending services to support marketing goals;
  • Coordinating comprehensive web based or in-person meetings to demonstrate services and projected return on investment;
  • Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing proposals and negotiating contracts.
