We are looking for a Technology Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing and finalizing solutions related to new and existing products, modules and services. Our Technology Project Manager sets milestones for each project, coordinates efforts between operations and technology teams, in order to effectively and efficiently deliver projects as planned. The Project Manager will be responsible for working with partners from various groups across the company to keep an overview of requirements and to drive development.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
At 3 years of management experience in the IT field, including development work and interaction with customers;
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience;
Extensive leadership experience and strong teamwork abilities;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Works across multiple groups such as different facilities, vendors, consultants, and operations;
Can host effective meetings with professional discipline and rigor using industry tools for performance metric reporting;
Possesses strong communication and presentation skills at the senior level as well as the ability to work closely and constructively with all areas of the business;
Demonstrates confidence and composure when facing uncertainty, rapid change, and aggressive deadlines common to rapidly growing companies with evolving business models.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Creating and managing a plan for leading technology solutions to the final client handover;
Assembling and coordinating the internal and external teams to reach consensus on deliverables from each team;
Collaboratively adapting existing as well as developing new project plans, processing and communicating standards for the operations teams;
Managing the formulation and ongoing tracking of each project;
Assisting with the development of reports, and the loading and configuration of demonstration data and systems;
Proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying potential crises and devising contingency plans;
Developing and delivering progress reports, requirements documentation and presentations;
Testing code, reviewing, and recommending changes to technology stakeholders.
