Senior Business Analyst

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

7 years of relevant business experience;
Bachelor’s degree preferred;
Strong business analysis skills (planning, feasibility assessments, requirements development, testing, problem-solving, working across business and IT);
Excellent attention to detail and results oriented with a track record demonstrating strong problem solving and analytical skills;
Ability to quickly learn complex business processes and understand the underlying transactional systems;
Strong oral, written and presentation skills; ability to communicate across all levels;
Experience in data and process automation; Salesforce administration and design a plus.

Get, analyze, decompose, and fix project requirements;
Maintain project documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.);
Synchronize the visions of the project by all participants (both internal and external);
Analyze the competitors;
Analyze the project market;
Work on improvements to current projects and preseale;
Generate ideas that will increase the business value of the product;
Communicate with the client and the team;
Work with client expectations;
Encourage upsales on current projects;
Validate and process a presale and participate in closing the deal.
