Computools Supports Young IT Generation

Computools sponsored the NUZP_Neverhood & ArtFC team from Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University participated in Uzhgorod summer programming school organized by Uzhgorod National University. It is exciting teamwork that brings together young minds in programming, empowering them to show their skill in building complex algorithms and developing applications.

Computools’s educational initiative aims to support young developers looking to expand their IT capabilities. Non-standard challenges allow to truly test skills, identify strengths and weaknesses, and gain incomparable experience. This year, amid a pandemic, the V International Summer Student Programming School was held remotely from July 31 to August 7. The event united students from many Ukraine universities and neighboring countries. The distance learning format did not prevent the participants from fully immersing themselves in the atmosphere of the event. The seven-day online learning program consisted of lectures and competition between teams in the first and second leagues. The lectures were conducted by Ukrainian and international experts, who provided students with the most relevant information on the topic and gave practical advice on the use of certain algorithms. The Challenge was held in the format of competition between teams in each league. This approach allows students to acquire new knowledge, put into practice their skills, and show their talent in solving assigned tasks.

While the main value of the weekly intensive lies precisely in the practical experience that its participants acquire, there are also some other benefits. The organizers aim to facilitate interaction between the teams and their trainers from different Ukrainian universities, as well as help to establish business contacts with international participants. This is a new opportunity for collaboration and exchange of expertise.
