Our growing company is hiring a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing business development and sales activities for customers. Your job as a Business Development Manager will be to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

  • BA or BS degree;
  • Three years proven track record in business sales or related market;
  • Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting;
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, CRM and statistical analysis software;
  • Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements;
  • Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings;
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives;
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities;
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones;
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales;
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events;
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients;
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met;
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
