The process of choosing a project team is highly dependent on the specific project's needs, the company's internal talent pool, and its commitment to delivering a high-quality solution. It's a critical decision that requires a careful assessment of individual skills, expertise and project requirements to ensure project success. The team was selected based on their ability to meet the client's goals and expectations effectively.
In the world of the Synergy FX Website Development project, a significant decision-making process unfolded behind the scenes. The project team, consisting of engineers, developers, and business analysts, encountered a critical crossroads that demanded collective wisdom.
The entire process exemplified the project's communication flow. It started with retrospectives, where open and honest discussions took place, highlighting challenges and areas for improvement. These insights were then taken into planning sessions, where the team collectively strategised on how to address the challenges. The planning session led to a well-defined action plan and the implementation of solutions during the sprint.
We followed the Kanban management methodology, which allowed us to manage the work by balancing the demands with available capacity and improving the handling of system-level bottlenecks. It helped the developers, our software engineers, and the client’s IT Department to be more productive and stay connected. The Kanban methodology enabled us to shorten cycle times, deliver features more quickly, and reduce time waste by removing activities that didn’t add value to the team. Rapid feedback loops allowed team members to be more motivated, empowered and higher performing.
