Our organization is currently in need of a Senior Project Manager. The principal role of a Senior Project Manager is to develop and maintain a technology project plan, outlining project's tasks, milestone dates, status, and allocation of resources to stakeholders and other interested parties. Our Senior Project Manager is responsible for clearly defining and quantifying each step, as well as for establishing concrete deadlines for each project milestone and deliverable.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles;
  • Basic understanding of the principles of software operation;
  • Basic understanding of software development processes (Git flow CI/CD, testing, etc.);
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (preferred Scrum);
  • Experience managing project budgets and risks;
  • Proven ability to collaborate with clients;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Strong leadership and team management skills;
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Proactive;
  • Result-oriented.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organize project workflow aligning with internal or client-specific processes;
  • Track and manage the project budget;
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks;
  • Validate project contracts before initiation;
  • Monitor all participants on meeting agreements on the project;
  • Communicate with the team, keep the team motivated;
  • Communicate with the client;
  • Work with client expectations;
  • Propose enhancements for existing projects and company processes;
  • Manage team vacations;
  • Work with logged and set time;
  • Encourage upsales on current projects.
