Currently we are in need of a Business Development Manager. Our Business Development Manager will work remote with the primary duty of improving the organization's profitability by generating business with new and existing customers. You will leverage current network, prospect new clients and vendors, and discover client needs to propose appropriate technology solutions.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
BA or BS degree;
Three years proven track record in business sales or related market;
Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting;
Strong proficiency in MS Office, CRM and statistical analysis software;
Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal;
Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements;
Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Creating and executing strategies to gain account intelligence and develop business with new and existing clients;
Developing and maintaining effective business relationships with potential customers;
Providing relevant industry expertise and market intelligence to clients;
Generating sales leads and setting client meetings to develop new accounts, establish relationships, and close viable business opportunities;
Managing the client relationship, recognizing key client issues, and ensuring that client needs and project objectives are consistently met through weekly/monthly follow-up;
Evaluating market trends and gathering competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
