We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will implement business development initiatives, grow and improve client relationship management, and generate successful sales growth. He needs to understand our competitive advantages and formulate solution proposals which address the prospect’s business needs. Some of the position responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, qualifying prospects and driving new business through the sales process including providing presentations and negotiating/closing deals. We consider candidates from Zaporizhzhya.
REQUIREMENTs
Fluent English (upper-intermediate and higher), any other language in addition to English is a plus;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Highly energetic self-starter, able to think outside the box and work in a team;
The desire for self-development;
Analytical and strategic thinking with good presentation skills;
Strong Customer Service and Relationship Management;
Negotiating Skills;
Experience in customer support service or as a sales manager is a plus;
Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting;
Strong proficiency in CRM and statistical analysis software;
Technology skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements;
Ability to communicate information, whether technology or non-technology to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation channel management;
Analysis of information on markets and competitors of the company, and the channels of the products promotion;
Establishing new business opportunities with foreign partners and new clients;
Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets and learning who makes decisions about purchasing;
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives;
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
