Technology Project Manager

Location

Minimum one year management experience in the IT field, including development work and interactions with customers;
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience;
Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Works across multiple groups including facilities, vendors, consultants, and operation;
Can host effective meetings with professional discipline and rigor using industry tools for performance metric reporting;
Possesses strong communication and presentation skills at the senior level as well as the ability to work closely and constructively with all areas of the business;
Demonstrates confidence and composure when facing uncertainty, rapid change, and aggressive deadlines common to rapidly growing companies with evolving business models.

Creating and executing IT Infrastructure project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirement;
Managing day-to-day operational aspects of IT Infrastructure projects and their scope;
Leading project reviews in order to present recommendations and provide consultative advice to executive management to determine which projects are to be undertaken;
Working with project stakeholders and management to determine necessary skill sets and assemble the project team based on project scope and expectations, including, as necessary, cross-department and outsourcing coordination;
Effectively applying Agile methodology and enforces project standards;
Facilitating team meetings effectively;
Delivering engaging, informative, well-organized presentation;
Applying significant knowledge of industry trends and development;
Driving the establishment and execution of standards and approaches for assigned projects.
